Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the registration, access, and participation of influencers, content creators, and media personalities ("Influencer", "you", "your") on Influencer, operated by Influencer LLC ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection, use, storage, and promotion of your information as described herein.

2. Information We Collect

By registering on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

2.1 Personal Information

Legal / Formal Name (as per official ID)
Influencer / Social Media Display Name
Primary Contact Number
Secondary Contact Number (optional)
Email Address

2.2 Category & Demographics

Influencer Category (e.g., Fashion, Food, Sports, Tech, Travel, Lifestyle, Gaming, Education, Beauty, Automotive, Business, etc.)
Nationality
Country of Residence
City

You are solely responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date.

3. Use of Your Information

3.1 Platform Usage

You expressly authorize Influencer LLC to collect, store, process, and use your information for the following purposes:

Creating, publishing, and managing your influencer profile on the Platform
Matching and sharing your profile with brands, agencies, and clients for campaign opportunities
Featuring, marketing, and promoting your profile on our website, mobile app, presentations, proposals, advertisements, and official social media channels

3.2 Content & Promotion Rights

You grant Influencer LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Repost, share, promote, and feature your publicly available social media content
Use your name, username, profile image, content samples, and links for marketing and promotional purposes
Tag or mention your official accounts in promotional materials

This license remains valid during your registration and for promotional materials already published after termination.

4. Exclusivity, Non-Solicitation & Non-Circumvention

4.1 Platform-Introduced Clients

Any brand, company, advertiser, agency, or individual introduced to you directly or indirectly through the Platform ("Platform Introduced Client") must be managed exclusively through the Platform.

4.2 Strict Non-Circumvention

You agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly: contact, negotiate, solicit, contract, or receive payment from any Platform Introduced Client outside the Platform, during your registration and for 12 months after account termination, unless written approval is granted by Influencer LLC.

5. NOC Requirement & Extended Restriction

5.1 Mandatory Written NOC

You expressly agree that you may not work, collaborate, contract, promote, or receive compensation from any company, brand, client, or any of their sister companies, subsidiaries, parent companies, or affiliated entities, unless you obtain a prior written No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Influencer LLC.

5.2 Duration of Restriction

This restriction applies for the full duration of your registration on the Platform, and two (2) years after termination, suspension, or expiration of your account, regardless of the reason for termination.

5.3 Scope

This clause applies whether the engagement is paid or unpaid, direct or indirect, personal, agency-based, barter, commission-based, or revenue-sharing.

6. Breach & Penalties

Any breach of Clauses 4 or 5 shall result in one or more of the following actions, at Influencer LLC's sole discretion:

Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
Deduction or recovery of 50% of the total value of any deal, payment, or benefit received
Withholding of pending payments
Blacklisting from current and future campaigns
Legal action to recover damages, losses, legal fees, and enforcement costs

7. Payments & Fees

All campaign payments, commissions, and influencer fees must be processed exclusively through the Platform unless otherwise agreed in writing. Influencer LLC reserves the right to deduct penalties, fees, or damages from any amounts payable to you.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

8.1 Confidentiality

You agree to keep strictly confidential any non-public information related to clients, campaigns, pricing, platform operations, and business strategies.

8.2 Data Protection

We process and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and regulations.

9. Termination

Influencer LLC may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Provide false or misleading information
Breach any provision of these Terms
Circumvent the Platform
Engage with Clients or affiliated companies without written NOC

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to Influencer LLC.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless Influencer LLC elects arbitration.

11. Amendments

Influencer LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Automatic Renewal

Upon completion of the initial two (2) year term, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive two (2) year periods, under the same Terms & Conditions, unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the current term.

Continued use of the Platform after the end of any term shall constitute acceptance of the renewed Agreement.
